We will be expanding our programme, so keep an eye out for new exciting future events, activities and workshops.

Support Us

Forces & Families United exists to support not just the individual that served but the whole family. We create welcoming and practical spaces where people feel understood and supported, without judgement. Where connections can be made.  We are built around lived experience and strengthened by local partnerships.  We pride ourselves on listening, connection, and doing what genuinely helps families navigate the realities of service life.

There are many ways to support our work. You can join events that bring families together, volunteer your time or skills, fundraise to help grow our reach, or donate to help cover meet-ups, resources, and venue costs. Every contribution whether big or small can help us reach more families and strengthen the support we can offer.

Battle Against Silence

The quiet battles matter too. Awareness changes lives

Many veterans and their families live with challenges that go unseen and unspoken.

By raising awareness and encouraging connection, together, we can help break the silence.
