At Forces and Families United, our events are more than dates in a diary, they are about connection, conversation and community.
We create welcoming, informal spaces where ex-service, serving personnel, partners, carers and families can come together, meet others who understand, and take time for themselves without pressure or expectation.
While our main focus is supporting the Armed Forces community, everyone from the local community is welcome. You do not need a label, a background, or a reason to attend. If you would like company, conversation and connection, you are welcome.

Well-being Art and Craft Sessions
Our well-being art and craft sessions offer a calm, creative space to relax, unwind and connect with others.
You do not need to be artistic — these sessions are about:

Materials are provided. Sessions are relaxed and informal
Every Tuesday: Painting, adult colouring for wellbing, drawing, ink tracing.
Every Friday: Crafts from pottery, mosaics to felting.
Or just bring along your own hobby.

Games Night - Fun for all the family
Join us for a relaxed and fun evening of games – from classic favourites to simple, easy-to-play activities that bring people together.
Many of the games will take you back – the kind we all remember growing up – making it a great way to reconnect, have a laugh, and meet new people.
Open to everyone, with a special welcome to our armed forces community – serving, veterans, and families.
